Each day we focus on a different training style to keep it fun and interesting, maximizing results! Come in and try it yourself or learn how to do it all effectively with our 3 Week Dream Body Mastery Program (hyperlink)!
We also focus on specific lifts depending on which day you come in.
These are: Barbell Squat, Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Deadlift, Barbell Overhead Press, and Battle Ready, our cardio-kickboxing class.
