HIRT is a lot like having a personal trainer that you can come train with as much as you want. There are several classes that start at different times all day so you can come train when its convenient for you.
Everyday the trainers design a different workout plan for the days classes. All you have to do is come in and do the work. The work outs typically take between 30 and 45 minutes to complete depending on your abilities and how hard you want to push yourself. The workouts are well rounded and will help you build muscle in all the core areas at an even pace. Most work outs incorporate weight lifting and body resistance type exercises. Having different work out sets each day keeps it interesting so you don’t get bored or burned out and will actually enjoy coming to the gym for once.
There is usually several other people in each class so you don’t have to work out alone and you can keep each other motivated. You will be treated more like family than a customer and we will see to it that you stay committed to your fitness goals and get the results you are looking for.
